Christian Grunt

Christian Grunt is an undergraduate student studying Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara, with experience in machine learning and embedded systems. He is particularly interested in the intersection of neuroscience and computing, and how these fields can advance the development of artificial intelligence. In the Bionic Vision Lab, Christian applies his software development skills, especially in building virtual environments using the Unity Engine, to support research on human vision.
Outside of the lab, he enjoys competing in volleyball, playing board games, and creating digital illustrations.
