Harman Sanghera

Harman Sanghera is an undergraduate student in Pre-Biopsychology at UC Santa Barbara. Her research interests center on vision, perception, and understanding how neuroscience and technology can be used to address visual impairment.
She plans to pursue optometry school and is particularly interested in connecting clinical eye care with research that advances technologies for vision. In the Bionic Vision Lab, she hopes to contribute to behavioral and psychophysical research on visual neuroprostheses and sight restoration while gaining experience with experimental methods, eye tracking, and emerging technologies for studying vision.
